GPS Tracking Web Platform

WebGate is our powerful web interface client which remotely connects to the TrakGate server (either our cloud hosted servers or your own hosted one), providing monitoring of fixed and moving assets. It can be used with any web browser and is fully optimized to be used with touchscreen devices like smartphones/tablets. Our real-time tracking and fleet management platform is fully customizable and scalable but what really makes it different is that our solution is hardware and network agnostic ! It means that a vast range of different units operating on various network can communicate together and be managed exactly the same way. In other words, you can for example send a text message from a portable satellite tracker in the North Pole to a group of LMR radios dispatched thousands kilometers away !

Unique Features

Geofences and P.O.I.’s

Create and customize Point of Interest (P.O.I.) and multiple polygon or circle geofences. Any selected vehicle entering or leaving a fenced area will generate an alert. We provide dynamic geofencing to trigger alert when two or more moving assets are within a set distance of each other. Geofences and P.O.I. can be then used in history reports or to filter a specific event based on your own fences list for example.

Tracking and Alerts

You always have real-time information for every vehicle or assets in your fleet. You can stay updated with alerts and notifications. Geofences and events help automate your workflow. Each output uses your custom rules. Easily choose what kind of events you want to be notified about and what type of notifications should be forwarded or not to some users by email or SMS or even generate a voice call.

Reporting and History

All the standard reports you need (trip and Idle, time on site, eco-driving scorecard, etc.), and as many custom reports as you want. It’s easy to get the right information to the right person at the right time. You can create custom reports for each business role and have them run on your schedule. Automate reports by email easily on a daily basis or use our special Heatmap view when there is a lot of data.

Mapping Options

We offer a large choice of mapping options including Google Maps, ArcGIS ESRI, custom WMS feed. You can also easily export data feed to your own mapping interface using our special KML and GeoRSS outputs.

Groups and Sub-Groups

Unlimited customer groupings with complete privacy between groups. Easily create sub-groups and manage assets and users as you need between those with tailored rights and permissions for each

Emergency alerts

High-Priority alarms handling and resolving steps management to help you apply a comprehensive acknowledgement process and setup better interactive SOS control. Alerts can be relayes by email, SMS or trigger some voice calls

We’re supporting a lot more devices than what is shown on this website and we add new brand and device type all the time, we study also custom integration on demand.

Security and integrity of datas are crucial and we know it’s not easy to be confident enough to let us manage it for you. Rest ensured that all sensitive datas are encrypted in our databases which are live georeplicated into various locations inside Microsoft Azure Cloud. We’re also supporting AES-256 encryption from remote devices and using most secure SSL/TLS link for web client connections.
