Introduction
Datalink’s RoboLink provides a fast and automated method of selecting and dispatching a qualified technician based on specific fault codes to quickly respond to an Assembly Line Robot that has developed a fault. DataGate control software is installed on a Windows computer connected to the Plant’s Robot Control Computer. The RoboLink dispatch program can also be accessed by authorized personnel using computers, smartphones or tablets running WebGate and connected to the DataGate control hub. Password access is required.
RoboLink automatically time stamps and stores all messages and replies in a permanent database, an important advantage over voice communications where service calls have to be reviewed at a later date. When a work order is issued automatically or by the systems control desk staff RoboLink transmits the details to a qualified technician in seconds.
Rugged and durable, WebLink’s Body-Cam BC10 is designed specifically for Police and private Security Companies.
The BC10 is linked over Wi-Fi to Datalink’s VOCALIS-VDC allowing the immediate sharing of the live video with other officers and dispatchers. With GPS buit-in, back-up support can be dispatched in seconds.
The Weblink PTZ camera has ultra-high equipment integration, built-in high-performance lithium battery pack, external high-definition display control terminal, and has features such as waterproof and shockproof, which can meet most School Bus requirements.
The PTZ will link to Datalink’s VOCALIS-VDC over Wi-Fi or can be routed directly to a VOCALIS Server Hub over 4G
WebGate is a GUI (Graphical User Interface) allowing Web-Browser access to a DataGate Server, CLOUD or locally installed, providing you have the correct credentials. Allowing users to access the WebGate data Hub from any web browser without installing software. Each user is assigned various permissions, ranging from simple read-only mapping to complete remote administrative control over assets and users.
Mobile assets assigned to different departments can be fully segregated with each department seeing and communicating with their assets and field personnel. Senior management can be granted access to view and communicate with all field assets and personnel.
