Above and Beyond

Cloud Based GPS Tracking, Communication, and Control of All Assets and Personnel

Wildfires, Flooding, and Tornadoes are Becoming Catastrophic with Global Warming

FireNET is part of a suite of advanced software applications that links all regional emergency services together on common web browser screens, from hand held smartphones to large wall screens. Every fire chief sees and communicates with all personnel, ground and air.
Wildfires can be catastrophic in many regions. Local fire halls are often called in to fight wildfires in their region or even overseas your assets are tracked. When an emergency is declared, each FireNET hub automatically routes the GPS and unit ID of all assets to the common cloud server providing immediate screen viewing by the senior commanders and fire chiefs. When no emergency exists each FireNET operates independently.

4G-LTE is becoming the preferred network which is available in most urban regions. Please note: 4G does not replace existing VHF/UHF radios. It adds GPS, live location information, long range voice, and data links using optional Vocalis PoC. FireNET shares this data between all mobile assets, command and control desks, and local fire chiefs.

One Network for All — A Separate and Global Service

Cloud based FireLink is unique. For local fire halls, FireNET is under the control of the fire hall fire chiefs, and municipal fire chiefs. When a regional emergency is declared, the regional wildfire commanders and also the local fire chiefs can see every asset on common screens. This openly shared service is called FireLink. Ground firefighters, aircraft, heavy equipment, and SAR teams can all be seen. The same information can also be seen on aircraft tablets and laptops. Asset classes can be grouped for clarity and selection.

FireLink is a variant of WebGate developed by Datalink and proven over the years by military and government agencies around the world.

If you already have a GPS tracking system and you want to be part of the open FireLink cloud your GPS web provider should be able to add our cloud server as an additional address.
