Recurring Revenues for Dealers
DataGate is the ideal platform for dealers to provide GPS tracking and other data services to fleet operators as a monthly routing service. The dealer has two choices. Install and administer DataGate in their own server, or resell Datalink Cloud Service. When running their own DataGate they set their own monthly fees and service options. Fleet operators simply use any web browser to access WebGate to log into their assigned DataGate.

iCOM
Datalink’s extensive experience with iCOM over the years uniquely positions us to provide off-the-shelf and custom data solutions for iCOM LMR networks. DataGate adds extensive features which expand the reach of iCOM radio systems beyond their normal capabilities. For example the iCOM IC-F5121D / F6122D data radios are compatible with the i50 MobiHUB manufactured by Datalink Systems Inc. The i50 MobiHUB has an internal WiFi module that will allow two-way text messages to be linked to tablets and smartphones including Datalink’s Job Dispatching. The serial to WiFi adapter provides a low cost WiFi add-on to many mobile radios. Datalink expands the capabilities of your iCOM radio system in ways you never thought were possible.

Datalink Systems International Inc. has expanded the reach of radio systems by iCOM, BK Technologies, Kenwood, and many more LMR systems for 15+ years. Hytera is the latest LMR provider added to DataGate’s capabilities. Just like other LMR systems, Datalink’s DataGate adds LMR to email bridging, text messaging, multi-network merging, GPS locating, and many other features not traditionally available to your Hytera radio system.
BK Technologies
Datalink Systems International Inc. has teamed up with BK Technologies in order to provide advanced GPS and data processing over analog and P25 networks. Currently DataGate works with analog and digital GPS tracking of portable and mobile radios with internal GPS modules or GPS equipped mics. BK Technologies M-150 radios act as base GPS receivers linked by serial cable to local Datalink DataGate mapping software or remotely over satellite or cellular backhaul.
BK Technologies portable radios are a popular choice with wildfire firefighters at a global level. When integrated with Datalink’s DataGate, range can effectively be unlimited. As an example, a KNG-M150 acting as a mobile base radio linked to multiple KNG2 portables can connect via the serial port to a Datalink i50 MobiHUB with internal satellite or cellular modems allowing for global data / GPS communication to remote bases in seconds.
